However, because flowers are natural, seasonal, and perishable products, slight variations in color, size, or design may occur.
These differences are normal and do not qualify as product defects.
Happy Events is not responsible for issues caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, recipient unavailability, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
By placing an order on our website, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms described in this policy.
Refund Policy - the basics
Having said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund. Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy. In some jurisdictions, this is needed in order to comply with consumer protection laws. It may also help you avoid legal claims from customers that are not satisfied with the products they purchased.
What to include in the Refund Policy
At Happy Events, each floral design is handmade with care.
We want every customer to be satisfied with their order, but due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are considered final once the order has been designed or delivered.
A refund or replacement may be considered under limited circumstances, such as:

The arrangement received is significantly different from what was ordered.

The flowers arrive in poor condition due to a verified delivery or handling issue.

The order was delivered to the wrong address due to an error on our part.
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the arrangement for review.
Refunds will be processed at the discretion of Happy Events management and may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.
