HappyEvents  strives to ensure the highest quality and timely delivery of every floral arrangement.
However, unexpected circumstances such as severe weather, traffic conditions, or restricted access to certain areas may affect delivery times.
While we make every effort to meet the requested delivery schedule, HappyEvents Flowers cannot be held responsible for delays or situations beyond our control.

We also reserve the right to make minor substitutions of flowers or containers of equal or greater value to maintain freshness and quality.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms as part of our delivery policy.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

Having said that, Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by you, as the owner of this website. The T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of the website visitors, or your customers, while they visit or engage with this website. The T&C are meant to establish the legal relationship between the site visitors and you as the website owner. 

T&C should be defined according to the specific needs and nature of each website. For example, a website offering products to customers in e-commerce transactions requires T&C that are different from the T&C of a website only providing information (like a blog, a landing page, and so on).     

T&C provide you as the website owner the ability to protect yourself from potential legal exposure, but this may differ from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, so make sure to receive local legal advice if you are trying to protect yourself from legal exposure.

What to include in the T&C document

At Happy Events, we take pride in providing high-quality floral arrangements and reliable service.
To ensure fairness and clarity, please review the following terms that apply to all orders placed through our website.

1. Order Acceptance
   All online orders are subject to confirmation and availability.
   Happy Events reserves the right to decline or modify any order if certain flowers or delivery schedules cannot be fulfilled.
   Once an order is placed and confirmed, changes may not be guaranteed due to the perishable nature of flowers.

2. Pricing and Payment
   All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice based on market and seasonal conditions.
   Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
   Delivery fees and taxes, when applicable, will be clearly shown before checkout.

3. Delivery Conditions
   Deliveries are made within Central New Jersey and surrounding areas.
   While every effort is made to deliver on the requested date and time, Happy Events cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to factors such as weather, traffic, or recipient availability.
   We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or the absence of the recipient at the delivery location.

4. Substitutions and Design Adjustments
   Because fresh flowers are seasonal and availability can vary, substitutions may occasionally be made with flowers of equal or greater value and similar color or style.
   Design variations may occur, but overall quality, theme, and value will always be maintained.
   No refunds will be issued for minor variations or substitutions.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
   Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement provided that the arrangement has not yet been designed or dispatched.
   Once floral preparation has begun or delivery is in progress, cancellations or refunds are not permitted.
   In cases where a refund is approved, processing may take up to 7 business days.

6. Customer Responsibilities
   Customers must provide complete and accurate information, including the recipient’s full name, delivery address, and contact number.
   Happy Events is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. Non-Refundable Situations
   Because flowers are perishable, refunds or replacements are not available for issues caused by:

   • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

   • Recipient refusal of the order

   • Delivery to unattended locations approved by the customer

   • Minor differences in color, size, or flower variety

8. Policy Updates
   Happy Events reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
   All changes will be posted on this website and take effect immediately upon publication.
